Synopsis
Sally (Lyndsy Fonseca) is a sixteen year old girl who has been in and
out of foster homes her whole life. She comes before Judge Kay
Woodbury (Jaclyn Smith) and is sent to a juvenile facility. However,
when it is brought to Kay’s attention that Sally is a bright girl who just
needs an opportunity and lots of love, Kay becomes Sally’s foster
mother.
